Good Eats Kitchen Begins Renovation of Andiamo Site on Folsom Boulevard

Sacramento, CA – Good Eats Grocer, Inc., a local start up enterprise based in Sacramento, has begun the renovation and construction its first location at the 3145 Folsom Boulevard site, the former Andiamo Restaurant and Rosemont Grille. Good Eats Kitchen Bar & Grille, a distinctive new offering in the East Sacramento restaurant-scape, is slated for a 2010 opening.

“Our Good Eats Kitchen is going to be a celebration of good food,” stated Michael Ashker, Co-Founder and CEO of Good Eats. “We plan to offer the very freshest local ingredients as well as unique foods from around the world.” The Good Eats Kitchen will also feature a distinctive wine bar and shop where customers can find their favorite selections, make new wine discoveries and enjoy wine tasting events.

The concept of a cafe serving a wide variety of fresh prepared foods made with the highest quality ingredients, paired with a market carrying a broad selection of wines and the same fine ingredients, promises to elevate both the experience of dining out and cooking at home.

Good Eats Kitchen will feature a chef’s kitchen preparing an abundance of ready-to-go prepared meals, a selection of the freshest produce, an impressive selection of cheeses, butchered meats, and seafood, a distinctive wine shop, fresh baked goods, fresh cut flowers and a selection of quality ingredients for cooking at home.

Meals prepared fresh daily at the Good Eats Kitchen will be available for dine in, take out and will also be sold through Good Eats Grocer stores as early as next Summer when the company opens its first market location at 5810 Folsom Blvd.
